ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
If additional information is required to process your order successfully, our team will contact you via email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Processing time is 1–3 business days.
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- Australia: 6–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Other international locations: 5–20 business days
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer:
- Free standard shipping on orders over US$80
- Standard shipping below US$80: US$4,95
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Optional shipping protection may be available during checkout.
If shipping protection is purchased and your package is confirmed lost, stolen, or significantly misdirected by the carrier, we may offer a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If shipping protection is not selected, customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before approving any replacement shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered processing or shipment.
The Straps Club is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Additional carrier fees related to address corrections, re-routing, or re-delivery may apply.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 4 hours of placing the order.
After this period, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved after processing has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover operational and production costs.
Pre-order or limited-release items may not be eligible for cancellation.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed shipments
- Refused deliveries
may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
If a package is returned to us, customers may choose between:
- Re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
- Refund minus original shipping and handling costs
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak holiday periods
The Straps Club is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has been shipped.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Straps Club is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout
If shipping protection was purchased, we may assist further depending on the circumstances.
