At The Straps Club, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return request, please contact us at:

support@thestrapsclub.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the item(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:

  • Wear
  • Damage
  • Alteration
  • Improper handling

Returns that do not meet these conditions may receive a partial refund or be denied.


RETURN PROCESS

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

⚠️ Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Bank processing times may vary

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Customers may exchange items for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • Another item of equal or higher value

If the new item has a higher price, the difference must be paid.


PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & BUNDLE PURCHASES

For all promotional offers, including but not limited to:

  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free
  • Buy 2 Get 3
  • Buy 3 Get 4
  • Bundle discounts

the following conditions apply:

👉 Discounts apply to the full bundle purchase.

If part of a promotional order is returned:

  • The promotion becomes void
  • Remaining items will be recalculated at regular retail price

Refunds will reflect the adjusted value of the kept items.

👉 To receive a full refund for a promotional order, all items included in the promotion must be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns intended to abuse promotional offers.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the claim process, we may request:

  • Clear photos
  • Video evidence
  • Packaging photos

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Straps Club is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If shipping protection was purchased, we may assist further depending on the situation.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, or limited-edition reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

These may include:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized products
  • Worn or damaged items

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 4 hours of placing the order.

Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.


CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Evidence including tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and fraud screening results may be submitted to the payment provider.
